Whistle Express Car Wash

Background: I hate auto washes, too many uncontrolled variables. This one’s not bad relatively similar wash quality over time. I usually go here and just pay for a single wash because the vacuums here have objectively the best suction in town and people will leave you alone. Today: Jakobi (goat btw) convinced me that I needed the membership. Idk why but knowing that I can basically wash my car as much as I want (I do a lot of highway miles) is comforting. Giving the 29.00 membership a try for the next few months to see if it’s actually worth it. Plus the interior and window sprays and actual microfibers in the “detail stations” are a nice touch.

Jacoby was very kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure that I got the car wash I wanted and helped with a spot that has not come out on previous washes. Very attentive and GREAT customer service!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Paid $24 for the wash which is the second best. Car went through the wash TWICE because it was still not clean. It’s still dirty and soapy even after the second wash. The guy tells me he can let me go through the second time but after that he said, “He can’t do nothing about it.” No clean towels in any of the towel dispensers. Do not recommend. Will not go back.
